Mahesh Mansukhani

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mansukhani brings over 25 years of experience in Health Care, Industrials and Management Consulting. He held the position as President of Össur (reporting to CEO), the #2 global Orthotics and Prosthetics medical device manufacturer for nearly 5 years, where he grew the bracing and prosthetics businesses consistently 3-4x the market in that time

At Össur, Mr. Mansukhani accomplishments include successfully convincing Medicare’s granting of two new L-codes for a micro-processor ankle (Proprio Foot) and Power Knee, acquiring and integrating 10 US acquisitions, and overhauling the marketing and sales functions in the US. Mahesh also served on the boards of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and the Amputee Coalition of America, and currently serves as Vice President of the California Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (COPA)

Daniel Rubin

Mr. Rubin brings over 30 years of experience in Industrials and Material Science. During his 26 year tenure at DuPont including 23 years internationally he held various business leadership roles focused on driving productivity, growth and integrating acquisitions. His most recent position was leading the $3B TiO2 business (now Chemours Co, NYSE:CC) from Singapore

At DuPont, Mr. Rubin also gained extensive manufacturing experience running complex global integrated supply chains and international networks of large scale manufacturing plants.  He also managed the integration and divestiture of numerous businesses which have included substantial technology transfers and or licensing as well as manufacturing assets

Craig Higgins

Craig brings experience from various industries including chemical manufacturing, luxury goods, aviation and business communications, He most recently served as board member and CFO for a private label frozen food company. His finance and operational competencies include mergers and acquisitions, EBITDA improvements, financial analysis and reporting, treasury and cash management. Otto Fernandez

Mr. Fernandez brings over 26 years of commercial and business leadership experience in Medical Device and high-performance materials. Otto held the role of Vice President for the Orthopedic Bracing Business Unit for Össur Americas and prior to that led Marketing for both Prosthetics and Bracing.

At Össur, Mr Fernandez was instrumental in the integration of a disparate portfolio of Bracing businesses which through his 8-year’s of leadership emerged as the Orthopedic Bracing industry up-and-comer. During his tenure he overhauled Ossur’s go-to-market approach, including the acquisition of an EMR software allowing Össur to deploy an innovative service business targeting physicians, which consistently delivered double digit growth.

Ryan Arbogast

Raised in the family’s prosthetic manufacturing business, Ryan has a personal connection to providing clinicians the prosthetic products that will level the playing field for people with limb differences or limb loss.
